It’s amazing how by setting aside a few minutes to plan the weekly meals and the ingredients you need for those meals can make the world of difference when it comes to the items in your shopping trolly and what makes it into the fridge and pantry.

I have created this little digital weekly planner… a simple step to stop, and plan the healthy meals for the week ahead. Simply print it off and off you go.
